Terms

Terms and conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy something from me, such as the online course, a workshop or a build project. In short: you know upfront what you get and what it costs, I do my best work for you, and if something isn't right we talk about it first.

1. Who I am

The AI Sales Specialist is a trade name of de Best Digital BV, Zaanstraat 239, 1013 RX Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 83250182, VAT number NL862792526B01. You can reach me at steven@aisalesspecialist.com.

2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement between you and me. If we agree something different in writing, for example in a quote or proposal, that agreement takes precedence over these terms. I do not accept your own general terms unless I agree to them in writing.

3. What you buy

What you get is described on the product page, in the checkout or in the quote you accepted. That can be:

The agreement is formed when you pay through the checkout or accept a quote in writing, including by email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices for businesses are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. Prices shown to consumers include VAT.

The online course is paid in advance through the checkout, handled by Stripe. For other work I send an invoice, payable within 14 days, unless the quote states otherwise. If you pay late, I may pause the work until payment is received. For businesses, statutory commercial interest applies from the due date.

5. Delivery and planning

After your payment I contact you within two working days to plan the intake. Sessions take place online, unless we agree otherwise.

You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel later or don't show up, the session counts as used, unless there is a serious reason we agree on together.

After the intake you get access to the online course material, for as long as the course is offered.

You receive the AI Starter Package by email within two working days after your payment. When we improve the skills, you get the new version, which you upload the same way. A Claude subscription is not included in the price.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you buy as a consumer, not for your business, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Email me and I refund the amount within 14 days.

For digital content, such as online course material, that right lapses once you have access, provided you explicitly agreed to immediate access and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal. If a session has already taken place at your request within the 14 days, you pay a proportional amount for the part already delivered.

If you buy for your business, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. A refund is possible only before the intake has taken place. After the intake, when you get access to the course material, no refund is possible.

The AI Starter Package is digital content. You receive the skills and the install guide in full on delivery, and they cannot be returned. No refund is possible after delivery. When you order, you confirm that you are buying for your business and agree to these terms.

7. What you can expect from me, and what I can't promise

I do the work carefully and to the best of my ability. I commit to effort, not to a specific result: I can't guarantee a certain number of customers, sales or revenue, because that also depends on your market, your offer and what you do with the work.

My work uses AI tools such as Claude. You check the output of those tools yourself before you rely on it or send it to others. Subscriptions for third party tools, such as a paid Claude plan, are not included in my price unless the quote says so, and their terms and availability are set by those providers.

8. What I expect from you

You give me the information and access I need in time, and it is correct as far as you know. If the work is delayed because something is missing, the timeline shifts accordingly.

9. Intellectual property

The course material, templates, methods and other material I use remain mine. You may use them for your own business, but you may not resell, share publicly or pass them on to others.

Things I build specifically for you, such as prompts, skills or texts for your business, you may use freely in your own business once you have paid in full. Your own data and content remain yours.

10. Confidentiality

I keep confidential what you share with me about your business, customers and plans, and only use it to do the work for you. You do the same for confidential information I share with you.

11. Liability

If I make a mistake, I first get the chance to fix it. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and does not cover indirect damage such as lost revenue or profit. These limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and they do not limit rights a consumer has under mandatory law.

12. Privacy

How I handle your personal data is explained in my privacy statement.

13. Complaints

Not happy with something? Email steven@aisalesspecialist.com. I respond within 14 days and we look for a solution together.

14. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and every agreement with me. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country and can also go to the court where you live.

15. Changes

I may change these terms. The version that applied when you placed your order applies to that order. At the top you can see when this page was last updated.
